OEM Custom Racks
A stackable car parts rack rated 1,500 kg and powder coated. The photos show a blue welded base grid set with mushroom-head locators, corner posts and removable top rails, so loaded racks can stack on each other. It is the general parts build in our OEM custom rack line, where the other racks each carry one named part.
The fields recorded on the original build sheet, quoted as recorded. A custom fixture carries the rest of its dimensions on the project drawing.
| Size (as recorded) | 12000 × 1200 × 1250 mm Quoted as recorded on the original build sheet. The working dimensions for an order are fixed on the project drawing. |
|---|---|
| Load Capacity | 1,500 kg |
| Surface Treatment | Powder coating |
| Build Basis | Customer drawings or samples |
The original build sheet lists powder coating for this rack, the finish listed for every rack in the custom line. The coat covers the base grid, the corner posts and the top rails that carry the 1,500 kg rating.
Zinc plating appears elsewhere in our range, for example on the 4-tier zinc plated milk trolley. Every rack in this custom line is listed with powder coating instead.
This parts rack carries 1,500 kg, the same rating as the engine pallet and the gearbox rack in this line, and 300 kg below the engine rack.
The locators on the base grid position the parts, and the top rails let loaded racks stack, as the photos show.
Parts sit on the mushroom-head locators of the base grid, and the locator layout for a project is set on the drawing to match the parts it carries. Our custom automotive racks page shows the rest of the line.
With the top rails fitted, loaded racks stack on each other on their corner posts, so stored parts take less floor space.
The photos show the top rails as a removable part of the frame, set across the corner posts above the base grid.
Every rack in this line is a custom build. Our R&D team develops and produces racks based on customer provided drawings or samples, so the size, load capacity and fittings of each project follow the part the rack carries. The racks on these pages are finished examples of that work.
Steel parts are cut on a 6,000 W laser plate cutting machine and a 3,000 W laser pipe cutting machine, added in 2022 to bring more stable product quality. The laser cuts parts to the design requirements and leaves flat, smooth edges that need no secondary processing. Frames are joined by 18 automatic robot welding machines, whose visual recognition and precise servo control systems give uniform, firm welds at millimeter-level precision and reduce human error. The production equipment also includes an intelligent automatic painting line and sandblasting machines, and the surface treatment listed for every rack in this line is powder coating.
Quality inspection runs in four steps, covering incoming materials, inspection by workers and quality inspectors during production, inspection before surface treatment and a final inspection before delivery. Every link of the process has its own quality control points, raw material warehousing inspection and finished product delivery included. A quality inspection report is provided before delivery, and production process design and program control keep each batch stable and traceable.
After delivery, an after-sales service team made up of technical staff provides 24-hour tracking service on the order.
The load capacity is 1,500 kg.
It measures 12000 × 1200 × 1250 mm.
The surface treatment is powder coating.
They position the parts on the base grid. The photos show the locators set across the grid, and the locator layout for a project is set on the drawing to match the parts the rack carries.
On the corner posts and the removable top rails, as the photos show. The number of racks per stack for a project is set on the drawing together with the 1,500 kg rating.
The original build sheet lists 1,500 kg for this rack. For a new project the load capacity is set on the drawing together with the size and fittings, and each batch goes through the four inspection steps described above.
The original build sheet gives no container count for this rack, and its working dimensions are fixed on the project drawing, so the number per 40HQ is worked out in the loading plan before shipment.
A quality inspection report is provided before delivery, after the four inspection steps described in the section above. The container loading plan is confirmed with the order, since a custom rack has no fixed container count.
Packing and Shipping
Each batch passes final inspection and ships with a quality inspection report.
Products are packed folded, stacked or knocked down where the design allows, to save container space.
The container count for this model is planned and quoted with your order.
Sea freight is priced per container, so the rate divides across every unit in the loading plan.
With the quantity and destination port, we reply with a loading plan and a per-unit freight estimate.
