CHOOSE BY WORKING LOAD

Buyers in this industry usually choose by working load first and product name second, so the scale below starts from the weight moved every day and each row leads to a product family.

Many model names in our catalogue include the rated capacity, such as the 150 kg flatbed trolley and the 1,500 kg wire pallet mesh frame. Milk trolleys are rated 250 kg and most roll cages 500 kg.

The scale reads from the current export catalogue. Loads in between can be built from a drawing, and the OEM line rates frames to your part.

Surface Treatment

ZINC PLATED OR POWDER COATED

Two finishes cover most of the catalogue, and the working environment decides which one is used. Powder coating runs on our own sand blasting machines and automatic painting line.

Zinc plated galvanized wire mesh container

Zinc Plating for Dairy and Outdoor Duty

Sacrificial zinc layer keeps bare steel from rusting, indoors and out

Roll cage trolleys, wire mesh frames and milk trolleys are zinc plated as standard, with hot-dip galvanized versions for harsher outdoor service.

Powder coated movable post pallet rack

Powder Coating for Heavy-Duty Racks

A thick baked film takes the knocks of pallet and forklift handling

Stacking frames, movable post pallet racks, tire racks and shelving are powder coated over sand-blasted steel, the finish that carries 1,000 to 1,500 kg frames through years of turnover.

If you describe the working environment, such as a washdown bay, cold store or open yard, we confirm the finish with your quotation.

Where They Run

WHERE TURNOVER RACKS AND ROLL CAGES CYCLE

Turnover equipment pays for itself in circulation, because the same racks and cages loop between factory, warehouse and store instead of riding one way. When a whole route needs equipping, our solutions map the product families to the job.

Manufacturing

Production-Line Staging Racks

Stacking frames and movable post pallet racks hold work-in-progress beside the line, and stack vertically when floor space runs short.

Warehousing

Warehouse Sorting and Storage

Wire mesh cages and pallet frames keep mixed SKUs sorted and visible on the rack, then fold flat for the return leg.

Distribution

Logistics-Center Sortation

Roll cage trolleys move parcels dock to dock, and 100 to 450 of them pack into one 40HQ container for fleet orders.

E-commerce

E-commerce Order Picking

Galvanized picking trolleys with fitted fold-away steps bring top-shelf bins within reach on fulfilment floors.

Beyond the Catalogue

CUSTOM RACKS START FROM A DRAWING OR A PART

Every build in the OEM family, such as engine racks, gearbox pallets and power-battery pallets, began as a customer drawing or a sample part rather than a catalogue page. The four order stages stay the same as for any standard model, and the engineering loop below runs in addition.

Starting Point A

From Your Drawing to a Priced Rack Package

Drawings in CAD, PDF or a dimensioned sketch go straight to the engineering desk, where more than 28% of the team are technical engineers. What comes back is a working package with confirmed drawings, a bill of materials, process and QC standards, and the production capacity and price. The recorded OEM builds show where that package ends up.

Starting Point B

From a Sample Part to a Working Drawing

Plenty of racks are commissioned around a physical part rather than a file. The method opens with parts measurement, covering volume, weight and how often the part moves in and out of storage, so a sample shipment or photos with sizes are enough to open the project.

The nine-step method, in four stationsThe numbering below matches the full nine-step process, and data analysis, drawing review and sample testing run between these stations.

  • 01Parts MeasurementThe part’s size, weight and turnover frequency set the frame before any steel is cut.
  • 04SolutionOne document set with drawings, material list, process and QC standards, capacity and price.
  • 06SamplesA sample batch is welded and revised to your demands before bulk production is scheduled.
  • 09ManufactureMass production runs within the quality standards fixed in the contract.

Before It Ships

FOUR QUALITY CHECKPOINTS BEFORE TROLLEYS AND RACKS SHIP

Catalogue model or custom build, every order of industrial trolleys and storage racks runs the same four quality checkpoints under ISO9001, and the last step is a report you receive rather than a promise you take.

Checkpoint 01

Incoming Steel Inspection

Faulty tube is stopped before it reaches a welding station

Steel tube, wire and fittings are checked against specification before they enter the production line.

Checkpoint 02

In-Process Welding Patrol

Workers self-check while QC inspectors walk the floor

Frames coming off the robot welding stations are patrolled through forming and assembly, batch by batch.

Checkpoint 03

Inspection Before Plating and Coating

Zinc and powder would seal a defect in, so parts are checked bare

Every frame is inspected before surface treatment, while weld seams are still open to the eye.

Checkpoint 04

Final Inspection and QC Report

The last look is against your standard, not only ours

Packed goods are accepted against the quality requirements agreed in the order, and a QC report is provided before delivery.

Consistency starts at welding, because the same eighteen robot welding machines make the first frame and the 2,720th, one full 40HQ container of flatbed trolleys later.

More quality questions about sampling, acceptance and packing are answered on the FAQ page, and the checkpoints above sit along the factory tour in real photos.

STANDARD MODELS OR YOUR OWN DRAWING

Catalogue models can be ordered as they are, or a drawing can be sent for OEM development. With the quantity and destination port, the quote comes back with a 40HQ loading plan.
