What products does Ping Fang manufacture?
Ping Fang manufactures six product families in-house. They are milk trolleys and roll cages (4-tier and 5-tier milk trolleys at 250 kg, 2-, 3- and 4-sided roll cages at 300–500 kg), turnover material racks such as stacking frames, movable post pallet racks, steel pallet boxes and wire mesh pallet frames (800–1,500 kg), flatbed carts with platform trolleys (150–600 kg) and two-wheeled trolleys (70–250 kg), shelf racks (200–3,000 kg per level), airport luggage trolleys, and OEM projects built to customer drawings.
Zinc plating is standard for roll cages, milk trolleys and wire mesh cages, and powder coating for heavy-duty racks and shelving.
What is a stillage?
A stillage is a steel frame, cage or box used to store goods and move them by forklift, and most stillages can be stacked on top of each other to save floor space. Ping Fang makes stillages as stacking frames, movable post pallet racks, steel pallet boxes and wire mesh pallet frames rated 800 to 1,500 kg, and builds custom stillages for automotive parts from customer drawings. They are used in factories, warehouses, logistics centers and automotive supply chains.
How do I choose the right load rating for a trolley or rack?
Many product names in our catalogue include the rated load, for example the 70 kg two-wheeled trolley and the 1,500 kg wire pallet mesh frame. The class should match the heaviest single load the equipment will carry, not the average load.
Manual handling covers 70–250 kg two-wheeled trolleys, 150–600 kg platform trolleys, 250 kg milk trolleys and the 500 kg standard for 3- and 4-sided roll cages. Heavier loads move by forklift instead of casters, with movable post pallet racks, stacking frames and steel pallet boxes rated 1,000 to 1,500 kg and wire mesh pallet frames from 800 kg.
Galvanized vs powder coated: which finish should I specify?
The finish should match the job rather than the price list. Zinc plating, a form of galvanizing, is the default for wire mesh equipment such as roll cages, pallet frames and milk trolleys, because it protects every wire crossing against rust in coolrooms, on loading docks and through daily washing, which is why it is the usual finish in dairy distribution. How a galvanized coating prevents rust is covered in our news section.
Powder coating is the default for heavy racks such as stacking frames, post pallet racks, tire racks and shelving. It is a thicker baked layer over blasted bare steel that takes forklift knocks and abrasion under 1,000–1,500 kg loads. Hot-dip galvanizing covers harsher outdoor service. If you tell us where the equipment will run, the finish is confirmed together with the quotation.
Can you customize trolleys and racks from drawings or samples?
Yes. OEM is a core business for us rather than an add-on. More than 28% of our roughly 70 employees are technical engineers who work directly from your drawings or samples. A custom project starts with part measurement and logistics data analysis, then we return drawings, a bill of materials, process and QC standards, and the production capacity and price.
Samples are built and tested in a simulation of their full working process before mass production starts. Custom automotive racks, such as engine racks, gearbox pallets and tire racks, are a typical result.
Where are Ping Fang trolleys and racks used?
Turnover equipment circulates wherever goods move in loops, such as production-line staging in manufacturing plants, sorting and storage in warehouses, distribution in logistics centers and order picking in e-commerce fulfillment.
Custom racks run in automotive supply chains around BMW, Volkswagen, BYD, Volvo and Li Auto plants, and milk trolleys make daily dairy rounds with partners like Tirlán. Shelf racks and roll containers serve supermarket backrooms, and luggage trolleys are used in airports.
Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer, and we have our own international sales department. So we can produce and sell all by ourselves.
Quality Control
Four checkpoints on the line, and the sample gate before mass production.
How is quality controlled through production?
Four inspection checkpoints cover every order. First, incoming materials are inspected before they enter the line. Second, workers self-inspect during production while QC inspectors patrol the workshops. Third, every part is checked again before surface treatment, because plating and coating would hide defects. Fourth, a final inspection runs before shipment and a QC report is provided before delivery.
Samples are analyzed and confirmed with the customer before mass production, and bulk goods are accepted against the customer's quality standard before packing. The whole system runs under ISO9001.
How are samples built and confirmed before mass production?
A sample is not a workshop mock-up. It runs through the same stations as a bulk order, covering cutting, welding, surface treatment and assembly. The finished sample then goes through full-process simulation testing, and anything the test turns up is analyzed with you and corrected before the next step.
You confirm the corrected sample, and only that confirmation starts mass production. The confirmed sample becomes the reference that bulk goods are inspected and accepted against before packing. Sample lead time depends on the structure, so it is quoted per project together with the price.
Shipping, Terms & Payment
The commercial mechanics of an export order.
Which markets does Ping Fang export to?
The main export markets are the United States, Britain, Japan, Ireland, Germany, France, South Korea and Vietnam. Customer-designed OEM products, including storage containers, indoor and outdoor furniture, safety barriers and fences, and road and building structural parts, have shipped to Europe and the USA for many years.
How are orders shipped?
Almost always by sea. Trolleys and racks are large steel structures that are light for their size, so the freight bill depends on how many pieces fit in a container, and foldable and nestable designs are made to raise that number.
As reference points from our specification sheets, up to 500 milk trolleys, 100–450 roll cage trolleys depending on the model, or up to 2,720 platform trolleys load into one 40HQ high-cube container.
FOB vs CIF: which trade terms do you quote?
Both are common, and FOB, CIF or other trade terms are confirmed together with the quotation. With the destination port in your inquiry, we quote accordingly. If you are comparing landed costs, we can also reply with a container loading plan and a per-unit freight estimate.
How is payment usually arranged?
For bulk orders the usual structure is a 30% deposit with the balance paid against a copy of the bill of lading. T/T is the preferred method and L/C is accepted.
Response
What happens after you press send.
How fast will you reply to an inquiry?
Within 24 hours on working days. Inquiries go directly to the technical sales team. The people who answer are the same people who check drawings and quote, so technical questions are answered in the first reply instead of being forwarded.
