ALUMINUM AND STAINLESS STEEL AIRPORT TROLLEYS
Our airport luggage trolleys, also called airport baggage carts or airport luggage carts in the US, come in 16 models from our factory parameter sheet: 7 with aluminum alloy frames, 8 in stainless steel and 1 in steel. Twelve of them carry 250 kg, and 11 have an automatic brake.
Most models run on 180 mm natural rubber wheels and carry an advertising plate. Each airport baggage trolley is packed in its own bubble bag, and a 40HQ container takes 204 to 410 trolleys depending on the model. Sizes, materials and container counts for every model are in the table below.

Three models are listed without an automatic brake.

Airport trolleys are made on the same stations as every Ping Fang trolley since 1984, and the equipment below is what they are welded, finished and inspected on.
Robot Welding
18 automatic robot welding machines
Robot welding repeats the same joint on every frame, so each trolley in an order is welded the same way.
Laser Cutting
6,000 W plate and 3,000 W pipe lasers
Tube and sheet blanks are cut to program, so parts match from the first trolley of an order to the last.
Surface Treatment
Sand blasting and automatic painting line
Steel parts are sand blasted and coated on the automatic painting line.
Four-Checkpoint QC
ISO9001 quality system
Incoming material, in-process, pre-finishing and final inspection, with a quality inspection report before shipment.
