Suzhou Pingfang Industrial Co., Ltd.
Established in 1984, Ping Fang is a trolley and storage rack manufacturer specializing in the research, development and manufacturing of logistics equipment, including logistics trolleys, milk trolleys, turnover racks and wire mesh products. The company covers about 27,076 square meters, including 12,000 square meters of standardized workshops.
Around 70 employees work at Ping Fang, more than 28% of whom are technical engineers. Production is supported by 18 automatic robot welding machines, large laser cutting machines, an automatic painting line, packing assembly lines, sand blasting machines and many other professional facilities.
Beyond core logistics equipment, we have manufactured customer-designed OEM products for many years, including storage containers, indoor and outdoor furniture, safety barriers and fences, and road and building structural parts exported to Europe and the United States. Ping Fang holds authorized patents for trolleys, racks and transfer equipment, is ISO9001 certified and keeps focusing on stable quality in every batch. The turnover was about 18 million in 2008.

HOW OUR TROLLEYS AND RACKS ARE MADE
Every trolley, rack and wire mesh product passes the same six stations in our 12,000 m² workshops, and customer factory audits follow the same route.

Material Preparation
Steel tube, wire rod and sheet
Incoming steel is checked against the material certificates before cutting, as the first of four inspection steps.

Laser Cutting & Bending
6,000 W plate and 3,000 W pipe lasers
Blanks are cut on the laser machines and tubes are bent by machine, so the parts of each frame match before welding.

Robot Welding
18 automatic robot welding machines
The robot welding workshops have 20 Panasonic welding arms, so the welds on trolley and rack frames stay consistent in every batch.

Surface Treatment
Sand blasting and automatic painting line
Frames are sand blasted and then coated on the automatic painting line, with the finish chosen for indoor or outdoor use.

Assembly & Packing
Packing assembly lines
Casters, hinges and mesh panels are fitted and tested, and foldable products are packed flat to fit more units in each container.

QC & Dispatch
Four inspection checkpoints under ISO9001
Products are checked at incoming material, during production, before surface treatment and at final inspection, and a quality inspection report is provided before delivery.

Ping Fang equipment works in automotive plants, dairy distribution, supermarkets and warehouses, and is mainly exported to the United States, Britain, Japan, Ireland, Germany, France, South Korea and Vietnam.
Dairy & Beverage Distribution
Foldable and nestable zinc plated milk roll cage trolleys carry milk crates on daily dairy delivery rounds.
Distribution partners such as Tirlán use them on daily delivery rounds.
Supermarket & Retail
Shelf racks, shopping carts and roll containers are used in supermarket backrooms and on sales floors, and Ping Fang supermarket equipment is recognized by many multinational retailers.
Warehousing & Distribution
Turnover racks, stacking frames, movable post pallet racks and wire mesh containers with 1,000–1,500 kg capacity organize raw materials, semi-finished goods and finished inventory.
E-commerce Fulfillment
Picking trolleys and roll cage trolleys rated up to 500 kg and platform trolleys up to 600 kg are used for sorting, order picking and temporary storage of small goods before dispatch.
Airports & Public Facilities
Airport luggage trolleys and platform carts with steel frames, casters and rubber wheels are used in airports and other public facilities.
