The only personal data this website collects is what you submit yourself through the inquiry forms on this website (the contact page, the home page, the page footer and the inquiry button at the side of every page):

• Name, so we know who to address the reply to.
• Company (optional), which helps us understand your industry and prepare a relevant answer.
• Phone number, used if a quotation needs details that are faster to settle by call.
• E-mail address, the main channel we reply through.
• Message content, such as your product requirements, quantities, drawings or questions.

Browsing the site does not require an account, and we do not ask for any data beyond the fields above. When you submit an inquiry form, we also record the pages you viewed on this site during your visit, the website or campaign link you arrived from, the page you submitted from, your IP address and the approximate location it indicates (looked up through a third-party IP geolocation service). This is stored with your inquiry and used only to answer it.

Inquiry data is used for exactly one purpose: answering your inquiry. That covers preparing quotations, discussing technical requirements, sending samples information and following up on the conversation you started. We do not add your address to newsletters or marketing lists, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Like almost every website, our hosting server automatically records technical access logs with the IP address, browser type, requested page and time of access. These logs exist for security monitoring and troubleshooting only. They are not combined with inquiry data and are routinely deleted as they rotate.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not run third-party analytics profiles for ad targeting. Any cookie that may be set is strictly technical, is required for the site to function and expires on its own.

The contact page embeds a Google Maps frame so you can locate our factory in Shanghu Town, Changshu. When that page loads, your browser connects to Google servers, and Google may process technical data such as your IP address under its own terms. See the Google Privacy Policy for details. No other third-party content is embedded on this site.

Inquiry messages are kept for as long as the business conversation stays relevant, typically up to two years after the last contact, since B2B projects often resume after long pauses. If you ask us to delete your data earlier, we will. Server logs are kept only for a short rotation period.

You can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Send the request by e-mail and we will handle it promptly. There is no form or process to go through.
